Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records connected with the order of second respondent herein in BCDFGISSSV No.04/2021 dated 03.02.2021 passed against the petitioner's husband, the detenu, namely, Murugan @ Jallimedu Murugan S/o.Krishnan, aged about 45 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai - 66 and set aside the same, consequently, direct the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by R.PONGIAPPAN, J] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu Murugan @ Jallimedu Murugan S/o.Krishnan, aged about 45 years, who has been branded as 'Bootlegger' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in BCDFGISSSV No.04/2021 dated 03.02.2021. Such order is under challenge herein.
2. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] would submit that the detention order passed against the detenu in BCDFGISSSV No.04/2021 dated 03.02.2021 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.1733, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 15.04.2021 and produced a copy of the said order.
In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
