ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed for an early hearing of I.A.No.121 of 2017 in R.C.A.No.22 of 2017 on the file of the Subordinate Judge (Rent Control Appellate Authority), Vellore,

which is the interlocutory application filed for stay of all further proceedings in the order passed in R.C.O.P.No.32 of 2014 by the Principal District Munsif (Rent Controller), Vellore. The learned Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of I.A.No.121 of 2017 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Till disposal of I.A.No.121 of 2017 there shall be an interim order of stay of all further proceedings in R.C.O.P.No.32 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif (Rent Controller), Vellore.

The Civil Revision Petition is allowed on the above lines. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
