ORDER

After submitting protest petition dated 06.02.2025 in respect of an extent of 1.17 acres in Survey No.96, Mathigiri Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for both the respondents. On the basis of written instructions, he submits that no documents of conveyance relating to the relevant property were received after receipt of the protest petition from the petitioner. If any such document were to be received for registration, he submits that the protest petition of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with the Registration Rules.

3. Recording the above submission of learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
