Today, when the case came up for hearing, the de-facto complainant along with her child appeared before this Court. 2.As per the order of this Court, DNA test was conducted to the petitioner and DNA report of the child has also been dealt with the petitioner. 3.The learned Counsel for the de-facto complainant submits that the victim girl along with her child are living without any sources of income.
4.
