The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.4 of 2023, the charge sheet has been filed on 13.11.2024 and the same has been taken cognizance on the file of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
