The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing". The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order of dismissal dated 30.04.2012 made in E.A. No. 30 of 2012 in E.P. No. 22 of 2010 in O.S. No. 174 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Bhavani.

2. The petitioner filed the E.A. No. 30 of 2012 under Order XXI Rule 106 and Section 151 of C.P.C., not to record the delivery of possession till the disposal of the petition. In view of the dismissal of I.A.No.45 of 2012 and the order passed in C.R.P. (NPD). No. 3389 of 2014 today, C.R.P.(NPD).No.2011 of 2012 is dismissed as infructuous.
