O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the bail conditions imposed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for exclusive trial of CCB cases and CBCID cases, Egmore, Chenna-8, in Crl.M.P.No.106 of 2019, order dated 29.01.2019.

2. The petitioner was granted statutory bail by the Court below, while granting the bail, the Court below imposed certain conditions, which according to the petitioner is onerous.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner was granted statutory bail filed under Section 167 (2) Cr.P.C, this Court is inclined to modify the order passed by the Court below. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the like sum and one of the surety shall be the grandson of the petitioner. The other conditions imposed by the Court below remains unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
