PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to 1st respondent's order made in TNPCB/PER/P1/27153 dated 30.11.2011, to quash the same in sofar as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to confer upon the petitioner deemed declaration of the probation as per TNPCB Service 1988 Regulation 16(2) and to extend all benefits both service and monetary.

ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed calling for records relating to 1st respondent's order made in TNPCB/PER/P1/27153 dated 30.11.2011, to quash the same in sofar as the petitioner is concerned and consequently, direct the respondents to confer upon the petitioner deemed declaration of the probation as per TNPCB Service 1988 Regulation 16(2) and to extend all benefits both service and monetary.

2.When matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this petition and therefore, prays that this matter may be dismissed as infructuous.

3.In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
