ORDER

Apprehending certain disturbances from the workers of the fifth respondent Union, which cause of action arose in 2013, the present writ petition has been filed seeking for Police Protection.

2. The cause of action existed at that point of time, may not survive as on date. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition wherein, the petitioner seeks for Police Protection. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
