ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to grant leave for one month to the petitioner, S.Seyedh Ali Nivas S/o. Seyedh Muhammedh, Crime No.746/14, aged about 30 years confined at Poonamallee Special Sub Jail, Poonamallee, Chennai.

2. It is seen that the petitioner is an under-trial prisoner and he is in incarceration from the year 2014 onwards. Now, it is also seen that the trial is in progress in S.C.No.1 of 2015 on the file of the Sessions Court, Tiruvallur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, this Court cannot entertain the petition of this nature at this stage. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant leave to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach regular Court for bail.
