The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the record pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd Respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.291/A1/2011 dated 03.05.2011 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to give service Benefits in the cadre of Special Grade Elementary School Headmaster from 01.06.88 to 30.06.99 and confer all the consequential benefits.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. Permission granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
