ORDER

M/s. Rajeswari Karthikeyan, learned counsel (TN Wakf Board) takes notice for the respondents 3 to 5.

2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to Tamil Nadu Wakf Tribunal, Chennai to expeditiously dispose of the I.A.No.8 of 2024 in OS No.206 of 2019.

3. It is seen from the records that petitioner is a third party to the suit and he filed impleading application in I.A.No.8 of 2024 .

4. A perusal of the petition and order in I.A.No.8 of 2024 filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that counter of the respondents were filed as early as 16.12.2024 and thereafter, the IA was simply adjourned for enquiry for more than a year.

5. In view of the same, the Tamil Nadu Wakf Tribunal, Chennai is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.8 of 2024 in OS No.206 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

6. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
