This petition is filed by the husband to withdraw and transfer F.C.O.P.No.405 of 2021 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Family Court, Chengalput and to the file of the Hon'ble III Additional Family Court, Chennai to be heard along with O.P.No.294 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The respondent/wife is residing at Chengalput and the same is evidenced by her complaint. She has filed the same for initiation of Domestic Violence proceedings. The petitioner/ husband is addressed at Chengalput. In these circumstances, there is no necessity to transfer this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
