ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for their willful disobedience of the order dated 17.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.P. No.29334 of 2012.
2. According to the learned Special Government Pleader, the respondents have complied with the order passed in W.P. No.29334 of 2012 by revising the pay-scale of the petitioner from 20.05.2013 to 1.1.2023 and that the arrears of pay fixation has also been disbursed. Likewise, the pay has been notionally fixed on par with his junior also together with monetary benefits. In view of the same, the disobedience alleged in the Contempt Petition may not be termed to be willful in nature. However, if the petitioner is of the view that the amount has not been fully disbursed, liberty is hereby granted to him to submit an appropriate representation before the respondents for the difference of amount due. 2/4
