Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records in proceeding in Revision Petition No. 56 of 2017 consequentially quash the impugned order dated 30.01.2019 as null and void.

When it is pointed out by the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents that the impugned order relates to a Temple, which is situated within the territorial limits of jurisdiction of Madurai Bench of this Court, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition in the Madurai Bench of this court for necessary relief and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No Costs.
