O R D E R

This revision arising against an order whereby an application filed to condone the delay of 2983 days stood allowed. 2.Heard Mr.K.V.Ananthakrushnan, learned counsel appearing for 1/4

the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunaseelan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3.Learned counsel on either side represented that the parties have settled the matter and entered into a memo of compromise on 27.07.2023.

4.Mrs.K.Bhuvaneshwari is present in Court. She informs that she has paid a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs only) to the decree holder Mr.Murugesan who in turn has also executed a sale deed in her favour on 04.08.2023 in Document No.R/Mw;fhL-g[j;jfk;?1-57122023. 5.I have gone through the memo of compromise. Since, Mrs.Bhuvaneshwari confirms the payment of Rs.20,00,000/- and execution of the sale deed in her favour, I do not find anything illegal or irregular in the memo of compromise. The same shall form a part of the record.

6.This civil revision petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise. No costs.
