ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein seeks bail for the offence under Sections 366 of IPC, 6 read with 5(1) POCSO Act-2012 and Section 66-E of IT Act.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent opposed to grant bail on the ground that the petitioner herein after taking nude photographs of the victim child had sexual intercourse with her and threatening that he will expose it by uploading the nude photographs. The photographs kept in the cell phone of the accused person has been sent for laboratory test and the report is awaited. In view of the stage of the investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein.
