This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1292 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022 for executing the bail bond. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to health condition, this petitioner could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time. 3.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time, R.PONGIAPPAN, J.
