PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for an issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned enquiry report of the fourth respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.62/2012 dated 19.06.2012 and the consequential impugned reply of the third respondent herein in Se.Pa.No.34/2012 dated 21.06.
2012 and to quash the same by consequently directing respondents 1 to 3 herein to conduct a valid enquiry over the said issue by affording adequate opportunity to the petitioner herein to put forth his case and to provide the correct particulars of the accounts pertaining to the utilisation of the petitioner's donation and the donations made on the recommendation of the petitioner herein for the said Thirupani purpose during the period from the year 2007 to 2009 in the Arulmighu Suyumbhu Mariamman Temple situated at Surambatti Valasu in Erode Town to the petitioner herein by considering his application and appeal under RTI Act dated 10.05.2012, 26.07.2012 and representation dated 02.08.2012.
