Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the fifth respondent to submit the revised plan in L.P.H/DTP No.105/64 in respect of Kumaran Nagar, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District, earlier Thiruvallur District, in new Ward No.1, Block No.27, Town Survey Field No.97/2 and 97/3, measuring an extent of about 3000 ft.2 out of the larger extent of 8160 ft.2 and consequentially direct the third respondent to measure the property in accordance with the revised plan and to hand over the said plot measuring 31590 square feet to the fourth respondent for the purpose of establishing a school and playground in the land for the benefit of the children in and around Kumaran Nagar, Padi, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District.
