ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been seeking to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, to conclude the calendar case in C.C.No.215 of 2020, within a stipulated period.

2.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.215 of 2020 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
