For Petitioner : Mr.A.Muthukumar (in both cases) For Respondent : No appearance (in both cases) C O M M O N O R D E R It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the civil revision petitioner that both the civil revision petitions have become infructuous since the appeals in A.S.Nos.40 & 41 of 2011 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Chidhambaram were disposed of on 18.09.2012. He also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the same, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
