Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to forbear from renewing the approval granted to the 7th respondent to conduct the Ka.So.Ka.Polytechnic Institute in the petitioners land measuring 2 acres 21 cents in S.Nos.115/5 and 115/2 (0.48 cents) in Karadikulam Village in Ariyalur District as represented on behalf of the petitioner on 24.07.2013.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to forbear from renewing the approval granted to the 7th respondent to conduct Ka.So.Ka.Polytechnic Institute in petitioner's land measuring 2 acres 21 cents in S.Nos.115/5 and 115/2 (0.48 cents) in Karadikulam Village in Ariyalur District as represented on behalf of the petitioner on 24.07.2013.
2. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 stated that the approval for the academic year 2020-2021 was already given and communicated to the seventh respondent on 30.04.2020.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent also has produced a copy of the approval. Hence, the prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition has become infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the approval, in the manner known to law.
4. In view of the above, the Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
