This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Krishnagiri Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 8 weeks and thereafter, on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for another period of 8 weeks in Crl.O.P.No.325 of 2023 by order dated 09.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
