The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 755 days in filing the appeal against the order in M.C.O.P.No.1858 of 2018 dated 26.09.2019 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special District Judge, Salem.

2. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

3. The appellants will not be entitled to any interest for the delayed period.
