2. The applicants are the plaintiff. The suit is filed for recovery of money.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the entire transaction has taken place within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of leave.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants and taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
