[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.C2/04/2021 dated 04.02.2021 and consequently direct the respondent to give an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner in representation/appeal dated 28.01.2021.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly conceded that the detention order passed under Act 14 of 1982 against the petitioner's husband has been revoked.

Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
