ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Petitioner, mother of the detenue Thaslim Banu, aged about 18 years, has filed the present petition to cause production of her daughter before this Court and to set her at liberty. Detenue Tahslim Banu has been secured and produced before us by the 2nd respondent police. Petitioner, mother of detenue, is also before us.

Detenue informs of having left the parental home accompanying 3rd respondent on her own volition. She has stated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that she is now desirous of returning to her parental home. The petitioner, her mother, is also willing to take the detenue under her care.
