(through video conference) Heard Mr. K. Sathish Kumar, Learned Standing Counsel the Second and Third Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 10.30 a.m. and 2.55 p.m.

It is the grievance of the Petitioner, who had applied for bar licence in the premises at Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District, that despite his readiness to pay the prescribed amount, he has not been issued the licence.

It is brought to notice by the Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents that the TASMAC shop No. 2461 with bar attached has been shifted to some other location in the year 2015, after the filing of the Writ Petition and it has been subsequently closed. He has filed a memo dated 28.10.2020 to that effect through e-mail, which is placed record. Nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
