O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to expedite the hearing and disposal of the case in O.S.No.295 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court at Attur within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the suit in O.S.No.295 of 2014 was filed for the relief of declaration that the plaintiff's community known as Agamudiar community has got right to observe the rights given in the agreement dated 02.06.1994 between the community of the

plaintiffs and the community of the second defendant and for a consequential relief of permanent injunction. The pleadings have been completed, issues have been framed and the suit is ripe for trial. However, the trial has not commenced so far. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3. The suit is of the year 2014 and it comes under the category of cases pending more than five years. The suit is also ripe for trial. Therefore, the learned Principal District Munsif, Attur is directed to dispose this suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four(04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
