This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.29586 of 2022 on 12.12.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has also been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for monthly once i.e.

on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months.
