PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records and quash the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in his Si.Pa.No. 4170/02-03 dated 13.07.2010 and consequently direct the respondents to hand over the original sale deed dated 10.06.1996 and registered with the 3rd respondent as document No.443/96 with all endorsements.
