2. Despite the matter was listed for filing counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent on 03.06.2024 as well as 18.06.2024, till date the respondent has not chosen to appear and file a counter affidavit.

3. This application is ordered as prayed or. Amendment to be carried out and amended copy of the plaint shall be filed on or before 08.07.2024.

4. Post the suit on 08.07.2024.
