ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 26.11.2014 and made in W.P.No.30949 of 2014.

2.By an order dated 03.07.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to serve notice on the respondent privately and the matter was directed to be listed today. The petitioner has not complied with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction. Therefore, contempt petition is taken up for disposal.

3.Mrs.A.Srijayanthi, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice and submits that they will immediately comply with the order passed by this Court in the writ petition and prayer is made to grant sufficient time. 4.In the light of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass orders on the representations on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
