COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records from the files of the 1st respondent in I.D.No.23/1998 and I.D.No.104/1998 and quash the impugned awards made therein, dated 08.12.2010 respectively insofar as the 1st respondent has denied the petitioner's claim for back wages. 1/4

2. In connection with the disputes arising in the present writ petitions, the parties were referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 14.10.2022. In the mediation that was held on 24.11.2022, the petitioners herein and the second respondent have resolved the disputes among themselves and they have entered into a settlement agreement on 24.11.2022. The terms of the settlement agreement has been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the terms in the settlement agreement dated 24.11.2022, both the Writ Petitions stand closed. No costs. 09.12.2022 Index:Yes/No hvk 2/4
