The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from anyway interfering or dispossessing the petitioner from her property comprised in Survey No.1292/1D bearing Plot No.45 Sri Boobala Vinayagar Nagar Extension Situated at Kundrathur Village Sriperumbudur Taluk Kancheepuram District to an extent of 870 Sq.ft. without following due process of law.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Fifth, Seventh and Eighth Respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's possession will not be evicted without following due process of law and hence, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 2.
Recording the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Fifth, Seventh and Eighth Respondents, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
