ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR.No.546/2015 under Sections 341, 294(b), 392, 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code 1860.

2. As the offences committed by the petitioner are serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR.No.546/2015 under Section 341, 294(b), 392, 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code 1860 as against the petitioner.

3. It is seen that the FIR has been registered in the year 2015 and it is pending with the first respondent. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
