ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Ninth day of September Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 26.06.2019 and letter dated 22.07.2021 vide D.No.916/2021 from the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem, this court made the following order:

By an order dated 26.06.2019, this Court disposed of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.364 of 2013, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem, by a letter to the Registry dated 22.07.2021, seeks extension of four months time on the ground that due to Covid-19 lock down, the Advocate Commissioner appointed has not filed his report and plan and hence, the suit is pending.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem, three months time is hereby granted to dispose of O.S.No.364 of 2013, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
