Execution Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing, the Court made the following order:- Decree Holder counsel present in VC. Judgment Debtor counsel present in VC. The Judgment Debtor has filed affidavit before Hon'ble division bench to vacate the premises in 1 year. He filed an affidavit with regard to the same that he undertook to vacate the premises in 1 year before this court. There is no purpose for this execution petition to be kept pending.
