This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26082 of 2021 dated 05.01.2022 namely reporting before the respondent daily until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is reporting daily before the respondent police. The learned Special Public Prosecutor representing the Director of Revenue Intelligence also confirms the same. However, he object the relaxation petition on the ground that, the petitioner may fled and delay the trial

3. Considering the above facts, since the case is in respect of commercial quantity of narcotic drugs, the relaxation of bail condition is not conducive for expeditious trial.
