This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner, unless a complaint is received for cognizable offence.

Accordingly, this petition is closed.
