Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned proceedings of the first respondent dated 10.02.2012 (signed on 14.02.2012) bearing Na.Ka.No.22273/2010 No.4 and quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to cancel the patta issued in the name of the 7th respondent and restore the petitioner's patta in respect of the property admeasuring an extent of 1.96 acres situated at No.141, Kottivakam Village near Illango Nagar, on Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Tambaram Taluk comprised in Old Survey No.239 and 240 and R.S.No.282/4 and 282/6.
