Though the learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent vehemently opposed for condoning the delay of 719 days in filing the Writ Appeals, we find that there are no merits in the Writ Appeals themselves and no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the delay is condoned and the Writ Appeals are taken up for hearing on the merits of the matter. 1 / 3

3. Hence, the delay in filing the Writ Appeals, is condoned.
