ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the Second Respondent to re-instate the Petitioner as Multi - Purpose Conservancy worker in consideration of her employment from 2009 to 2021.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner employed in the Chennai Corporation however, her services were not regularized even after 400 days thereby, the petitioner sent a representation dated 09.03.2025 seeking re-instatement. Since no order was passed, the present writ petition is filed.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merit of the case, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the appropriate authority in the manner known to law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law. 20-02-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order KKN
