Petitioner seeks modification of order passed by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, under orders in C.M.P.No.631 of 2017 dated 11.04.2017.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side].

3. Petitioner is arrayed as an accused in Crime No.117 of 2017 on the file of respondent for offences u/s.379 IPC r/w Section 21(iv) of Mines and Minerals Act. Court below has, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, amidst other conditions, required the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur. Such condition is onerous. Accordingly, the same shall stand deleted. Time to execute sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of this order. In all other aspects, the order of Court below shall prevail.
