It is seen that this Court by order dated 06.10.2017 had dismissed the above Civil Revision Petitions for non compliance.
2. Now the petitioner has filed the present Miscellaneous Petitions to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the restore petition to restore the Civil Revision Petitions in CRP.Nos.397 of 2012 & 398 of 2012 respectively.
3. Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the contention raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Miscellaneous petition are allowed.
Post the matter on 02.09.2020.
