This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 16.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8012 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8082 of 203 that the petitioner shall appear before Investigating Officer, once in a week on everyday Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner must continue with the condition.
