2. Though the reasons assigned in the supporting affidavit are not satisfactory, considering the issues raised in the Tax Appeal, we are inclined to condone the delay of 628 days in representing Tax Case Appeal SR.No.88958 of 2014, subject to the condition the petitioner pays Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks' Association, within a period of one week from today. It is made clear that if cost is not paid, within the above said period, M.P.No.12389 of 2016 would stand dismissed, without any further reference to this Court.

On payment of costs and filing of memo thereof, Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
