3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.233 of 2024, the charge sheet has been filed on 21.04.2024 and the same has been taken cognizance on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ulundurpet.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
