The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order and decreetal order in E.A.No. 64 of 2012 in E.P.No.7/2011 on the file of the I Additional Suboridnate Court, Erode, dated 17.04.2012.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the said Execution Petition itself was disposed of on 13.07.2015. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
